Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CartAura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order with CartAura within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned in accordance with our return policy.

2. Return Policy

CartAura accepts returns within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved by CartAura, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

CartAura only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at: contact@CartAura.shop

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to CartAura. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
